The third edition of the Rally 4 Porsche will start on Saturday, June 1st on the banks of the Meuse, with a Saturday Drive of approximately 230 km, which will take the participants along the most beautiful roads of the Condroz and the Ardennes. On the menu: lots of driving and viewing pleasure, but your taste buds will also enjoy it…
In October 2022, around 150 teams started the very first edition of the Rally 4 Porsche tour. In June 2023, no fewer than 235 Porsche duos could indulge themselves during the second version of what has already become an unmissable event for fans of the Stuttgart brand. On the eve of the new year, the R4P team is already giving Porsche fans a rendezvous during the first weekend of June. The first part of the 2024 menu – which will be expanded with other events – is the Saturday Drive, a tour as part of Rally 4 Porsche in the middle of Spring, that will be as pleasant as it is… tasty!
“Due to the success of the first two editions and – especially – the positive return of the participants in our Rally 4 Porsche tour in June this year, we decided to continue on the same path. That is why we are once again offering Porsche enthusiasts a very enjoyable event, » says Yves Matton, spearhead of the R4P team. “The first event we would like to announce for 2024 is the Saturday Drive of the Rally 4 Porsche. It not only takes participants along the most beautiful roads in the Condroz but also in Wallonia, because we also complete a large loop in the Ardennes. As is the tradition, gastronomic breaks are also on the schedule. To end the day in the best possible way, we organize a Garden Barbecue Party, which will be held in a unique setting.”
The Saturday Drive of the Rally 4 Porsche is a tourist drive on public roads and is reserved for all Porsche models, regardless of their production year. The city of Huy is again the setting for start and finish, with a ramp in the heart of the city on the banks of the Meuse. The Tour, approximately 230 kilometres long, takes participants deep into the Ardennes, with a rural and gastronomic stop halfway. At the end of the day, participants and guests of the Rally 4 Porsche can enjoy a barbecue that will end the day in a musical and festive atmosphere.
Registrations for the Saturday Drive will open on Friday, December 22nd at noon. This is done on the R4P.be website, through the new online platform R4CE.cloud. In the meantime, you can take a look at the R4P Shop, which is already open.
